- New Coating: Le Creuset’s PFOA-free, triple-layer reinforced nonstick coating is 4x stronger for scratch and abrasion resistance.
- Quality & Design: Each piece has been created with a reinforced rim to prevent warping, resistance to flaking or peeling and ensuring consistent heat distribution.
- Hot Forged Manufacturing Process: A hot forged pan responds better to constant heating and cooling, and keeps pans from warping over time.
Forged aluminum is more stable and stronger than cast aluminum, allowing for a more consistent and uniform density in the metal, preventing air pockets. - 3-Layer Reinforced Nonstick Coating: Le Creuset’s special 3-layer protective coating releases food flawlessly, cleans easily and provides actual “nonstick” functionality.
