About Mr. Filbert's

Established in 2010 by a small group of food enthusiasts who, with 40+ years of combined fine food manufacturing experience, identified a gap in the market for a snack that was strikingly delicious, of exceptional quality and totally natural. They set off, producing the first smacks by hand, using a refurbished coffee roaster. 

They carefully tumble and marinate their gourmet snacks with fresh herbs and foraged ingredients, to give them their truly distinctive taste. It's this attention to detail that makes Mr. Filbert's a favourite in bars, hotels and delicatessens everywhere. Unlike other snack producers, all of Mr. Filbert's recipes are oven roasted by hand and not oil fried, making for snacks that are naturally healthier, more delicious and truly beyond expectation.
