Description
Keep your Shun knives in razor-sharp condition with the Shun Combination Whetstone. This whetstone offers you two grits: a very fine 3000-grit side and an even finer 6000-grit side.
This is the right choice for sharpening your Shun knives when they are not very dull. The 3000-grit side lets you put a keen edge on your Shun, then refine and finish it with the 6000-grit side. You will need to thoroughly soak this whetstone before using.
If your knife needs more touch up than this, try the Shun 1000/3000-grit whetstone.
