Farmersgold hausmacher noodles are all natural, with no preservatives or additives. These traditional, “home-style” German egg noodles are made using artisanal production methods. Made with a minimum of 20% egg content for full, rich flavour, colour, and texture!

They’re great for both modern and traditional recipes. Egg noodles offer slightly more Niacin (vitamin B-3) and Folate (vitamin B-9) than regular pasta.
