Description
The Moroccan Tagine is perfectly suited for slowly-simmered recipes and is designed to lock in falvour. In fact, the Tagine is the traditional cooking vessel used in North African cuisine, and is ideal for tenderizing lamb beef, and other tough cuts of meat.
Suitable for all cooktops, the Tagine is extremely versatile and can accomodate a number of recipes. It's cone shaped, stoneware lid is designed to promote natural steam circulation with very little water.
