Ingredients - seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon salt or more, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 10 cups mixed cereals, Crispix, Shreddies, O's
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Make the seasoning salt by combining the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and pepper together in a small bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 325F and prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Combine the cereal, nuts and pretzels in a large bowl. Mix together the melted butter with the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and sriracha, and maple syrup if using, and drizzle on the mixture. Sprinkle the seasoning salt on top and toss to combine.
- Divide the mixture between the prepared baking sheets, spread evenly and bake for 12-15 minutes (until just light golden brown), tossing half-way through. Cool before storing in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 1 month.
