Like everyone else, BC Brine has always loved to buy craft, artisan and small batch food products whenever possible. They were always shocked that there were so few options for gourmet pickles outside of farmers markets.

In 2018, BC Brine decided to leave their jobs and dedicate their lives to making amazing pickled products!
