Description
Classic French madeleines are small, delicate tea cakes baked in scallop shaped molds. Flavoured with lemon zest and dusted with confectioner’s sugar, they are the perfect accompaniment to afternoon tea.
Wide rims with heat-resistant silicone for added grip make it easier and safer to transfer full pans to and from a hot oven.
