Create a delicious Italian-style Panzanella salad in minutes with Chef Travis Pye at the Lakehouse Kitchen.

Ingredients:
Heritage Greens / Arugula
Garlic Bread Croutons
Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Cucumber, ½ inch diced
Red Onion, sliced
Avocado, ½ inch diced
Bocconcini Mozzarella, ½ inch torn pieces
Basil, 1/8 inch chiffonade
Salt and pepper
ZOE Vinaigrette Pod
Mix lettuces and ¾ amount of remaining ingredients in a bowl except for the vinaigrette. Toss gently. Place mixed ingredients into Zoku Freezer Pack storage container or your container of choice. Garnish with remaining ¼ amount of ingredients. Pour in the ZOE Vinaigrette Pod and dress just prior to eating. Toss again lightly with vinaigrette and enjoy!
(If serving this salad at home, dress the salad a few minutes before serving to allow the garlic bread croutons to soak up the vinaigrette and juices from the vegetables.)
